Pet Policy
Pets are welcome in the RV Park and small dogs are welcome in Rustic Model Cottages at Management’s discretion
An additional $25 per night, to a maximum of $100 per reservation, fee applies to pets in the accommodations
Pet’s must be kept on leash at all times on Resort property and must be immediately cleaned up after on resort property as well as the beach
In all accommodations, the following applies:
• Pets cannot be left unattended unless in a secure location (crate) for short periods
• No uncontrolled barking or aggressive behaviour tolerated
• Pets are not permitted on resort furniture
• The owner must provide their own bedding, food and water dishes
• The owner assumes full responsibility for any damages caused or excessive cleaning as a result of the pet staying at the resort
• Excessive pet hair on furniture or an accommodation left in poor condition due to pets, will result in an extra $200.00 cleaning fee charged to the Credit Card kept on file for your reservation

Cancellation Policy/Fees
14 days (or longer) prior to arrival date; full refund of your deposit
Any cancellation less than 14 days to your arrival; no refund is provided
In order to confirm a reservation a 50% deposit by Credit Card is required at time of booking. If booking within the week, the full balance of the reservation is required and non refundable
No refund/credit will be offered for early departure, please prepare for all weather conditions
